A form of healing by allowing emotions to exist as they come up through an intentional stream of consciousness exploration. We use tools to understand our sensations and explore. Included in the practice are—external substances, the breath, movement, our stream of consciousness out loud as well as on paper, and guided reflection.

Anyone looking for creative freedom, inspiration, and a radical self-love practice. I offer one on one as well as group sessions.
